Most product teams stitch six tools together — PM tool, analytics, behavior tracking, in-app chat, scheduling, experiments — then wonder why nothing ever joins back to the feature that shipped. AIOProductOS is one Postgres record where insight, feature, task, PR, deploy, and outcome live...

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing AIOProductOS and Selfcommit.dev.

What's the story behind your product?

AIOProductOS's answer

Founder was building and leading product teams for over a decade — as CPO at dataBob, Principal PM at Valcon rebuilding ZuluTrade, Lead PM at DragDropr, and founder/CEO of nanobile before that. Every single one of those companies ended up with the same stack: Jira plus Productboard plus Pendo plus Notion plus a spreadsheet, with data trapped in each silo and a PM manually copying between them. He kept waiting for someone to fix it, and every "PM platform" that launched was just another silo with better marketing. When the current generation of AI models made it possible to actually reason across a unified data model in real time, the window opened. AIOProductOS is what he wish he'd had running product at every previous company.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

AIOProductOS's answer

Postgres with pgvector on Supabase as the transactional and semantic spine, ClickHouse for analytical workloads, and an MCP-based agent layer built on the Anthropic Claude API (Haiku for high-volume enrichment, larger models for critical reasoning). Frontend is React with TypeScript, backend is Python. Paddle handles billing as Merchant of Record. Infrastructure runs on Hetzner and Fly.io.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

AIOProductOS's answer

Product teams at B2B SaaS companies between seed and Series C — typically 20 to 200 employees, with 3 to 30 product managers. The buyer is usually the Head of Product, VP Product, or CPO who is done paying five different vendors to answer one question. The users are PMs, PMMs, product ops, and engineering leads who currently spend more time context-switching between tools than doing product work. Common triggers: an upcoming renewal on Productboard or Pendo, a Jira consolidation effort, or a mandate to figure out how AI actually changes product management.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

AIOProductOS's answer

Three reasons. First, consolidation: one flat per-team price replaces five to seven per-seat subscriptions, and per-person cost actually decreases as your team grows — the opposite of every incumbent's pricing model. Second, unified data: because feedback, tickets, revenue, and code all live on the same spine, AI agents can reason across the full product lifecycle without integration glue. Third, AI-native architecture: this wasn't retrofitted onto a 2015 PM tool — the data model, workflows, and agent surface were designed together from day one for how product teams will actually operate in 2026 and beyond.

What makes your product unique?

AIOProductOS's answer

AIOProductOS is the first AI-native product management platform built on a single unified data model that connects revenue, customer feedback, product work, and shipped code. Every other PM tool sits on top of a fragmented stack — Jira for engineering, Productboard for feedback, Pendo for analytics, Notion for docs — with brittle integrations trying to stitch them together. AIOProductOS replaces that Frankenstein with one spine and a team of specialized AI agents that operate directly on it, so a PM can ask "which customers are blocked on this feature, what's the revenue at risk, and what did we ship against it last sprint?" and get an answer in one place.
