Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

AdProfit Calculator 5 features
Selfcommit.dev 0 features
  • Free to Use
Ad profit calculators are typically offered as free online tools, allowing advertisers and marketers to estimate campaign profitability without any upfront cost or subscription.
  • Simple and Quick Calculations
These tools usually provide a straightforward interface where users can input basic metrics like ad spend, revenue, and conversion rates to quickly get profit and ROI estimates without complex spreadsheet work.
  • No Installation Required
Being a web-based tool, it can be accessed directly through a browser on any device without needing to download or install software.
  • Useful for Quick Decision-Making
Marketers can use it to quickly gauge whether a campaign is profitable, helping with fast go/no-go decisions on ad spend adjustments.
  • Accessible to Beginners
The simplicity of such calculators makes them approachable for those new to digital marketing or advertising analytics who may not be familiar with more complex analytics platforms.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Features Compared to Full Analytics Platforms
A basic calculator likely lacks the depth of features found in dedicated marketing analytics or attribution tools, such as multi-channel tracking, cohort analysis, or detailed reporting.
  • Manual Data Entry Required
Users typically need to manually input data such as spend and revenue, which can be time-consuming and prone to human error compared to tools that integrate directly with ad platforms.
  • Lack of Real-Time Data Integration
Without direct API connections to ad platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads, the calculator may not reflect real-time performance data, requiring users to update figures manually.
  • Uncertain Data Privacy and Security Practices
As a lesser-known tool, there may be limited transparency about how input data is stored, used, or protected, which could be a concern for users entering sensitive business financial information.
  • Limited Customization for Complex Campaigns
Advertisers running complex, multi-variable campaigns (e.g., with tiered pricing, multiple currencies, or varied cost structures) may find the calculator too simplistic to accurately model their specific business scenarios.

Selfcommit.dev

Overall verdict

  • AdProfit Calculator appears to be a niche, free online tool designed to help advertisers and marketers quickly calculate profitability metrics such as ROI, ROAS, profit margins, and break-even points for ad campaigns. It's a good option for those needing a straightforward, no-frills calculator without the complexity of full analytics platforms, though it lacks the depth and integrations of premium marketing tools.

Why this product is good

  • Simple and easy to use interface for quick calculations
  • Free to access without requiring sign-up in most cases
  • Focused specifically on ad profitability metrics, saving time compared to manual spreadsheet calculations

  • Beginners learning about ROAS, ROI, and ad spend metrics
  • Users who want a lightweight tool without integrating complex software
  • Anyone needing occasional ad calculations rather than continuous tracking

Overall verdict

  • Selfcommit.dev appears to be a niche accountability/goal-tracking tool aimed at helping individuals commit to personal or professional goals, but there is limited widespread public information, reviews, or track record available to fully verify its quality, reliability, or long-term support.

  • Focuses on personal accountability through structured commitment tracking, which can be motivating for self-improvement
  • Likely has a simple, developer-friendly interface given the '.dev' domain branding

  • Could be a good fit for solo builders or indie hackers who prefer minimalist tools

Recommended for

  • Individuals looking for a simple self-accountability or commitment-tracking tool

What makes your product unique?

AdProfit Calculator's answer

Most ROAS calculators only give you one number. AdProfitCalculator gives you 12 outputs — profit, ROAS, ROI, break-even ROAS, margin, CPC, CPM, CTR, and more all in real-time as you type. It's the only free Meta Ads calculator that includes Scenario A vs B comparison, PDF export, and both USD and INR support, with zero signup required.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

AdProfit Calculator's answer

Competitors like convoboss.com and breakevenroas.org each do one thing. AdProfit Calculator does five — profit, ROAS, budget planning, LTV:CAC, and CAC all in one place, all free. No account, no paywall, no fluff. Every calculator pre-fills with realistic example values so you see results immediately without entering anything.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

AdProfit Calculator's answer

Facebook and Instagram advertisers ecommerce brands, D2C founders, media buyers, and marketing managers running Meta Ads campaigns. Especially useful for small-to-mid size businesses who need to quickly check if their ads are actually profitable before scaling budget.

What's the story behind your product?

AdProfit Calculator's answer

Built out of frustration with Meta Ads reporting. Ads Manager shows ROAS but not profit. It doesn't tell you if you're actually making money after COGS, shipping, and returns. AdProfit Calculator was built to answer one question fast: "Are my ads profitable?" and then 11 more questions you didn't know you needed to ask.
