Three or four vendors duct-taped together for content, media, and delivery. Features locked behind tiers the moment a project actually needed them. After years of building client projects on platforms that prioritized enterprise upsells over developer experience, the team decided to build the CMS they wished they could buy — one platform, one API, one price, with every feature included from day one.
