Some struggled to explain the code they had just written or reason through their own solutions. As AI became capable of solving interview problems in real time, it became even harder to know whether an interview reflected a candidate's true abilities. I built InterviewWatch to help companies restore trust in remote hiring through objective, privacy-first interview integrity verification based on machine-level signal, not audio recording, video recording, or behavioral analysis.
