I'd go with number 2 unless you want to buy everyone a hardware token (option number 3). There are open source solutions (I've used https://2fas.com/ ) and very common solutions (Google Authenticator). Being a co-founder, I often have to wear lots of different hats and needed a way to better manage multiple identities in my browser. I don't get it either. I use wavebox, which as far as I can tell has all the same features as Arc, as well more features. It's stable, fast and built off chromium just like Arc.
