I'd go with number 2 unless you want to buy everyone a hardware token (option number 3). There are open source solutions (I've used https://2fas.com/ ) and very common solutions (Google Authenticator). If the candidate does not bring his own notebook you need to prepare the interview notebook. Always check if it works and does not need updates. Is there EN/DE/... Keyboard installed?. I've used Discord for Risus, with https://collabedit.com for a shared character sheet (that is, one sheet for everybodyโI find it more convenient as the GM, and it's not like a huge amount of space is required).
