24Cevent started with a very real and frustrating problem.
At dParadig, we were working with companies that already had monitoring in place—but the same thing kept happening. An alert would trigger at 2 a.m., no one would notice it in time, and someone would end up getting woken up just to check if it was actually an issue.
Most of the time, it wasn’t even critical.
What bothered us wasn’t the alerts themselves—it was the lack of prioritization. Not everything is urgent, but when something truly is, someone needs to know immediately.
So we asked a simple question:
What if people were only interrupted when it actually mattered?
That’s how 24Cevent was born. A platform that centralizes alerts, filters out the noise, and ensures that critical incidents reach the right person—through a phone call if needed—so nothing important gets missed, without forcing teams to constantly monitor dashboards or emails.
The goal was simple: less noise, better decisions, and a more sustainable way to run 24/7 operations.
