I have found a solution. Not the best one but I have change the address from https://mastodon.bagarrosphere.fr to https://bagarrosphere.fr . It seems to be good. I used cloudron.io, cloudflare dns service Free Tier, and installed Ubuntu 20.04 with all Updates and then added Jellyfin through cloudron control panel (my.domain.com) once all that was setup and it connected my domain to it with http & https and I did not have to add it manually.
