I go try to take one of the CCNP exams to keep my certs current. I fail by like 5 points. There was a huge section on some weird trunking thing that I have never seen in production and wasn't on the exam notes. There is like one marketing page on cisco.com about it and that is all. I've been looking on cisco.com and am getting a bit confused on which models would actually support having external antennas. It seems that I am only able to find 1, which is the Catalyst 9124E. I changed my name to match my ID on cisco.com. will that propagate over to pearson? the person I talked to couldnt/wouldnt answer that. or maybe she did and I just couldn't make that out through the broken english. One thing to check when getting study materials is that they are for the current exam. There's a lot of old content out there, both books and courses. Always check over at cisco.com for what the current version is, and if there is a new version coming soon and any end date for an exam version. The current version, today, is CCNA 200-301.
