Tandem partner, it's an absolute must to be speaking with someone who you dont feel embarrassed or under pressure with with. I also paid for chatterbug https://chatterbug.com/en/ which is 20 eu an hour one-on-one talking and lessons. Its very different than a class, more like reviewing text together, and gives you very direct feedback on your speaking. If you're willing to thrown down even 80 bucks for four hours...
