If you take the CDC numbers for people between 30-39 4,994 people have died with a total of 3,968,681 cases recorded, giving a 0.1% fatality rate. Now that also includes people between 30-39 with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc, if you don't suffer from any of that the chance of death is lower.
