If the targets are web pages, it is possible to overwrite embedded CSS and / or Javascript in those web pages, so that the "sensitive data" will follow your customized display style. For example, you can change font size & color so that the text will blend into background. I use an app called cascadea for custom css injection, but the @font-face method of replacing specific fonts with local fonts appears to be blocked by safari as an anti-fingerprinting measure. I can do it on a per-site basis by changing the font of individual elements, but what I’m looking to do is replace every instance of arial, helvetica, times new roman etc with -apple-system.
