This is a slightly different feature set, but being more customer feedback centric rather than OKR centric might be worth considering: https://canny.io/. Source: over 2 years ago

Please don't ask me to raise this on canny.io, this is not a feature request. I just want to know you either already know about it, or you will take this info and create your own task to sort it out. Neither should you ask me for screen images as this is a obvious issue found after a few minutes of playing with the functionality. Source: almost 3 years ago

Maybe canny.io? I think the free version would work fine. Or maybe Trello or ClickUp? Source: about 3 years ago
I've worked on something like what you talked about, a "problems" discussion board, and indeed companies exist that offer such a service (i.e. https://canny.io/) but the issue was that in a forum explicitly about problems, users typically don't end up putting their money where their mouth is. Additionally, users aren't themselves designers or problem solvers and often spin their problem (or even proposed solution)... - Source: Hacker News / over 3 years ago
To make it easier for you, try a tool that will help you through it. Canny, for example, could help. There's a free version which gives you a very easy-to-use public roadmap. https://canny.io/. Source: over 3 years ago

We've struggled with similar issues and found a tool that really simplifies it all. Basically, we can set our own prioritization criteria, assign a weight to each, and then the software just prioritizes it for us. We also vary the criteria and the weights for various teams and adjust them whenever we feel like they're not representative enough for us. We use Canny for all of that: https://canny.io/. My companies have implemented this using a bug tracker called Canny.io and have found it to be incredibly useful to us. Canny is pretty good too for feedback collection and for showing a roadmap. Source: almost 4 years ago
Canny.io is a notable player in the domain of feedback and product management tools, frequently mentioned in a diverse range of discussions and articles in the software and technology communities. Known for its specialization in capturing, organizing, and leveraging user feedback to inform product roadmaps, Canny stands out for its streamlined approach to feedback management. This overview synthesizes recent mentions and the broader public sentiment toward the platform.
Enterprise-Level Suitability: Canny is often recognized for its efficacy among enterprise-level clients seeking robust product roadmap capabilities. Its features are tailored to handle large volumes of feedback, making it a compelling choice for sizable B2B organizations. The tool's user interface and user experience are frequently lauded for their intuitiveness and seamless integration with other work tools.
Community Engagement: Users consistently highlight Canny's ability to engage communities effectively by allowing them to vote on feature requests. This democratic approach has been beneficial in crowdsourcing ideas directly from users, which in many cases have resulted in profitable product enhancements.
Comprehensive Feedback Management: The platform excels in feedback categorization and prioritization. Canny enables teams to integrate company data, categorize feedback based on specific use cases, and filter incoming requests to ensure comprehensive management of customer feedback.
Remote-Friendly Culture: A bootstrapped and profitable startup, Canny embraces a fully remote work environment, which is appealing in today's distributed work culture. This operational model has been pivotal in attracting a geographically diverse team of talent.
Coverage Rate: One of the critical metrics where Canny draws some critique is its feedback coverage rate. Compared to competitors like UserVoice, which reports higher engagement, Canny's typical coverage rate stands at about 5%. This suggests opportunities for enhancing user engagement strategies to increase feedback participation.
Feature Depth: While Canny focuses on upvoting for feedback prioritization, competitors like UserVoice offer more extensive avenues for collecting user insights, such as email and automated feedback forms. Some advocates propose that diversifying the modes of feedback collection could enrich the platformโs utility.
Canny operates in a crowded market with alternatives like Trello, UserVoice, and productboard. Each competitor presents distinct value propositions, whether it be depth in feedback collection, price accessibility, or nuanced product management capabilities.
Articles and discussions frequently position Canny as an effective tool for managing customer feedback but emphasize that when choosing a feedback platform, teams should carefully weigh Cannyโs features against their specific requirements and the offerings of other tools in the marketplace.
In sum, Canny.io remains a strong contender in the feedback management space, particularly favored by enterprise customers for its product roadmap capabilities and seamless user experience. However, areas such as coverage rate and integration of diverse feedback collection methods present opportunities for growth and innovation. As with any tool, potential users are advised to assess their specific needs against what Canny and its competitors have to offer to determine the best fit for their organizational goals.
