Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CalcuCloser.
  1. What makes CalcuCloser unique?

Two things. It belongs to the rep rather than the company, so the account and the history travel with the person rather than the employer. And it connects to your own AI assistant through MCP, so you log a deal by saying "closed the Henderson deal, forty thousand" instead of filling in a form. Tracking that survives a bad week is the only tracking that survives at all.

  2. Why should a person choose CalcuCloser over its competitors?

Most commission software exists to calculate what the company owes. It is bought by finance, configured by admins, and the rep is the subject rather than the user. CalcuCloser answers a different question: what is my close rate doing, what is a single call worth, and how far am I from my number. Same data, opposite owner. It is also $19 a month rather than an enterprise contract, so a rep can buy it without asking anyone.

  3. How would you describe the primary audience of CalcuCloser?

B2B sales reps selling considered, high-ticket deals. Closers, account executives and setters, plus small sales teams who want shared visibility without a company rollout. Anyone who has rebuilt their own performance spreadsheet more than once.

  4. What's the story behind CalcuCloser?

Anna Sivén spent fifteen years in high-ticket sales and has coached more than fifty salespeople. Her own close rate moved from 32% to 41% over a year of measuring her performance properly rather than guessing at it. CalcuCloser is the tool she kept rebuilding in spreadsheets, made permanent. It is built by Velisi, a revenue intelligence and sales performance company in Helsinki.

  5. Which are the primary technologies used for building CalcuCloser?

React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL via Supabase, Stripe for billing, and the Model Context Protocol for the AI assistant connection.
