People living in Tรผrkiye who manage household budgets across multiple credit cards with active installment plans. Typically individuals or couples tracking monthly income, fixed expenses, loan payments, and variable spending in Turkish Lira.
Built by a solo developer who could not find a budget app that understood how spending actually works in Tรผrkiye. Every existing app was designed for markets where people pay in full. After tracking installments manually in spreadsheets for years, the decision was made to build the right tool from scratch.
Python, Flask, SQLite, SQLAlchemy, Bootstrap 5, Chart.js, vanilla JavaScript. Each user gets a fully isolated SQLite database. Hosted on shared infrastructure with a focus on stability and data privacy.
Butce.app appears to be a useful budgeting and personal finance tracking tool that helps users manage their income and expenses in a straightforward, accessible way. While detailed independent reviews may be limited, its focus on simplicity and expense tracking makes it a solid choice for everyday money management.
