I have no experience with brilliant.org. If you have the money, then sure go for it. Otherwise, there are so many high quality resources that are free online. Ultimately I feel it's best to get in the habit of working from textbooks. Developing a dependency for online resources can be a hindrance at some point in ones study of mathematics (note that this is an opinion, but I think there is truth within it).
