    For the luggage hold, check Use Bounce. It is a worldwide app, the cost should be 5 euros per bag per day (even if just a few hours). Check also opening hours as some places are not open 24/7. Most places are train stations, museums or could also be places like restaurants. Places are supposedly vetted and only their staff have access to the restricted area where the luggage is stored.
