Bookables is booking and scheduling software for service businesses that sell time, a person, a place or a thing.

A customer picks a service and a real available slot on the business's own booking page, sees the price update as they choose options, and books. Nothing offered can collide: a database exclusion constraint is the final backstop against double-booking. The job lands on a shared schedule, and the quote, the payments and the message history all hang off that same booking record.

Getting paid

Card payments run through Stripe as direct charges on the business's own connected account, so the money is theirs and Stripe pays it out to their bank. Quotes are accepted online and signed by typing a name. A pay link lets a customer settle without creating an account. On Pro, a job can be split into stages with their own due dates, and a hire product can carry a refundable bond.

Pricing

Free for 200 bookings a month, in every market, with no card required and no time limit. Pro is metered per booking rather than per seat, so adding staff costs nothing.
