If you want a quick estimate just take a photo with your shirt off, and enter it into bodywhat.com. You'll get a ballpark estimate from that. It's not going to be extremely accurate, but neither is *ANY* method for bodyfat estimation (even DEXA scanning). Source: over 2 years ago
