  • Strudel: A live coding platform to write dynamic music pieces in the browser
As much of a coder as I am, I think something like https://beepbox.co is much more intutive, albeit possibly more limited, to come up with beeps and such. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 month ago
  • Hello fellow composers ive been working on a conceptual OST for a game that i will be developing in the future. So far I've done around 5 songs and i plan to do at least 20 more. one thing to note is that they are prototypes so what you see isn't the end result. Any feed back would be appreciated TY
I think it might be the software im using. Right now im using a free browser software called beepbox.co ive gotten used to it while im still learning how to use a DAW. Also right now im just looking to post prototypes and then ill expand and remaster them so im not too keen on details which isnt a good idea. Source: over 1 year ago
  • I only know a few lyrics from a song I canโ€™t remember the name of. Might be K-pop or Hip-hop.
For recreating the melody with digital instruments: OnlineSequencer (at the end click the light blue cloud icon to save), MusicLab (click Save), or BeepBox (click File > Copy Song URL). Source: over 1 year ago
  • [TOMT] [Music] Video game song that sounds similar to these ones from Deltarune

  • Musicians Rule <3
BeepBox is the simple web music tracker I use to make my stuff, itโ€™s at https://beepbox.co/ (though I personally prefer https://beepbox.co/3_0/ because itโ€™s easier to use). Source: over 1 year ago
  • Music dreams
I write little songs on beepbox.co in my free time, and I've had numerous dreams with bangin songs in them. I usually forget them when I wake up, and used to get really upset since I wished I could remake them in real life. But eventually I realized there's no real loss, since my brain is an endless well of creativity, whether I'm awake or not! I did manage to save a couple dream songs though, my favorite is... • I am working on simple arcade style shoot 'em up, however i have zero experience in music department. Any advice recommendation app/software for making soundtrack?
Beepbox.co is a good place to start. It's a free online sequencer (no midi keyboard required, just click on a grid) that's great for composing chiptune style music that would fit this aesthetic. What are your SFX like? Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Music help
Alright, so I picked up GBstudio after a long hiatus and I was wondering if there was a way to make music in something like BeepBox (https://beepbox.co) and convert it to a usable UGE? That or is there any easy to use alternative to hUGETracker? Source: almost 2 years ago
  • I Have a Problem
Unfortunately, I don't think you will find many people who will work for free. If you want to learn to compose music, I would suggest trying out beepbox.co. It's how I got into music production, and I feel it is relatively easy to grasp. Source: about 2 years ago

  • Gimmick in the Chaos Dimension OST - triplebatman [BeepBox]
I composed this soundtrack entirely using BeepBox (https://beepbox.co) - Gimmick in the Chaos Dimension is an indie game that combines old-school arcade-style mechanics with unlockable and upgradeable abilities and powerups that carry over between each run. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Anyone know how to do this?
If you want to try and MAKE your own music there's 2 sites I recommend. beepbox.co and https://jummbus.bitbucket.io/ . I'd highly suggest beepbox though because it is already done while jummbus is still in the works. You can create some really good music with these sites plus it's super easy to use. I just started using it today and I'm having fun with beepbox so far. Idk these are just suggestions if you want to... Source: over 2 years ago

  • My first song on Beepbox, be sure to send your versions too if you like
Hello! Thanks for posting this, but it currently violates Rule 3 of the subreddit because the song URL is copied and pasted into the post body. Instead, the song should be linked using a word/phrase, like this. If you need help fixing the post, you can check out this wiki page for instructions. More information about the rule can be found in the sidebar. Thank you! Source: almost 3 years ago
  • A work in progress, updates later
Hello! I know that it's been a week since you posted this and I'm not even sure if you'll see this comment, but do you think you could link your song using a word/phrase instead of the full URL copied and pasted (like this)? Otherwise this post violates Rule 3 of the subreddit. If you need more help doing this, you can check out this wiki page, and if you'd like more information about the rule, you can check it...
