Between getting a job contract which is usually reserved Only for low skilled working class builders, painters, garbage disposal ....etc is all I find which is not suitable or Applying via bayt.com and other websites which in turn all they do is refer you to the employer website ( Which is usually archaic and probably done on fiverr ) and signing up which takes too long and applying and almost NEVER hearing from the... Believe me bayt.com, is a cash grabbing website that will make you stand out only when you pay a boost for your CV, and getkuwaitjobs.com you will have to spray your CV and pray to get a call. Source: about 3 years ago

In my 4th year of University I began aggressively applying to jobs abroad. I applied to jobs all over the world but 90% of my applications were to positions in the Khaleej because they allow you to gain residency if you find employment and don't tax your income. This was important to me since my primary reason for seeking employment abroad was to make more money. From my experience the best platforms to apply for... Source: about 3 years ago
In addition to naukrigulf and Linkedin you can also try bayt.com ( but since you don't like naukrigulf.. This could be same for bayt). Directly applying to major companies within KSA , ideally where your expertise will be required is also a good option. Source: over 3 years ago
Bayt.com has been the most useless, hirelebanese got me the most interviews but the quality of the companies that post there aren't great. Source: over 3 years ago
The process for applying and getting a job is lengthy, so 5months applying in my opinion is just starting out. You could fly here and then hit the pavement as they say, but you would then have to leave and come back to get the work visa since adjusting a visit visa to work is long and more of a hassle for your future employer. Like u/Night_Shade_X said there are plenty of sites like linkedin, gulftalent and... Source: over 3 years ago
I had to self-learn and do freelancing projects in Software development for 2 years (getting paid close to nothing. Luckily I had my parents support me). Also what made things challenging for me was that I was brown with a shitty passport. So I had to bust my arse and create a very solid software portfolio (built a bayt.com alike webapp from scratch, fullstack) to offset the effects of being south asian in UAE... I'm new in Dubai, for almost 4 weeks and been applying for oil and gas jobs here in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. I've studied oil and gas engineering that's why I want to try working in the oil and gas sector. I've sent more than 20 applications but not a single answer, I know it takes some time and should apply for more. If there are some people here working in this field is it better to go directly to the company and see... Source: over 4 years ago
I got hired on 3 different jobs and all of them found my profile from bayt.com. Source: over 4 years ago
There are hiring agencies and head hunters but I suppose they do take a percentage however you can also use websites like indeed.com bayt.com sometimes naukrigulf.com gulftalent.com dubizzle.com (be wary of scammers though) and from the direct websites of the companies you may be interested to work in they will almost always have a careers/vacancies page, Good Luck! 1) apply through the recruiting platforms (like bayt.com, akhtaboot, indeed.. etc). Source: almost 5 years ago
I would prefer you post a job description on websites like bayt.com or indeed.com, linkedin.com ... Rather than hiring some rando from Reddit. Also, no offense, but it kind of seems like a full time job. Source: almost 5 years ago
