Not exactly what you asked, but Spotify has this song -> midi converter: https://basicpitch.spotify.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
Https://github.com/Music-and-Culture-Technology-Lab/omnizart They work better if you apply some source separation before (e.g, https://github.com/sigsep/open-unmix-pytorch, or https://mvsep.com) Still, I think the best results are from proprietary models (specifically https://www.ableton.com/en/manual/converting-audio-to-midi/). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
This is often called “audio to midi" or "Music Transcription". The best ones specializes in an instrument (piano, guitar, voice...). Free / online options (not the best) https://basicpitch.spotify.com/ https://ai-midi.com/ https://samplab.com/audio-to-midi You will have to convert the midi output to notation in any notation software like Musescore. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
There's this https://basicpitch.spotify.com/ and this https://github.com/DamRsn/NeuralNote which work well and are free, but aren't perfect. There's others too (search for polyphonic pitch to midi converter). Source: about 3 years ago
I can think of a roundabout way of doing it but it won't be 100% accurate. Download the video as mp3, throw the mp3 into https://basicpitch.spotify.com then drag the midi into musescore. Source: over 3 years ago
You can use https://basicpitch.spotify.com/ to turn audio into midi. It's pretty good. Source: over 3 years ago

Some DAWs can convert audio to midi. Melodyne can. There's also online tools, such as https://basicpitch.spotify.com/ . You will probably have to correct some of the notes afterwards. Source: over 3 years ago
There are a couple of tools out there. Spotify actually funds an open source project called Basic Pitch. https://basicpitch.spotify.com/ the results are going to vary wildly on the source material but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Source: over 3 years ago
If you've got a bit of free time just run it through https://basicpitch.spotify.com/. Source: over 3 years ago
Try https://basicpitch.spotify.com/ and see if it's any more accurate. Source: over 3 years ago
What kind of music do you have stored? If it's just piano (not a full multi-instrument arrangement) you could record the audio and drag and drop that audio into any audio -> midi analyzer. Ableton has that built in (you literally just drag audio clips into midi clips and it turns your audio into midi) but there are loads of other options like Spotify's https://basicpitch.spotify.com/.
