   Daniel is a Worst and Unethical Person

   I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding recent developments at Backendflow, a project that I have been actively involved in as a co-founder.

   Over the course of our journey, I have consistently dedicated myself to the growth and success of backendflow. My contributions extended far beyond mere involvement – I invested my time, energy, and insights into shaping the project into what it is today. I actively participated in formulating the project's direction, taking into consideration customer needs, market trends, and strategic roadmaps. This also involved driving sales to enterprise customers at higher valued subscriptions through smart negotiations, as well as leveraging my personal reputation to conduct door-to-door campaigns at corporate offices in India. These efforts resulted in building significant customer acclaim and facilitating instant demos.

   Regrettably, despite my unwavering commitment and substantial contributions, I recently found myself in a situation I could never have foreseen. Without any valid justification, I was removed from my position as a co-founder by Daniel, just on the brink of our scheduled launch. This abrupt and inexplicable decision left me utterly perplexed, especially given the amount of effort I had poured into the project.

   What truly weighs heavy on my heart is the fact that the very suggestions, inputs, and hard work that I put forth were not only discarded but also attributed to Daniel as if they were his own. It's disheartening to witness that the enhancements and innovative ideas I brought to the project were indeed implemented, while simultaneously, I was unjustly stripped of my rightful place within the endeavor.

   In addition to this, I've observed that remnants of my involvement, including sections bearing my name, continue to exist within the project. This asymmetrical representation is a painful reminder of the disparity that has unfolded.

   As someone who wholeheartedly believed in the spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility, I find myself grappling with a deep sense of betrayal and injustice. The startup environment thrives on teamwork, collective vision, and acknowledging the contributions of each member. This incident has exposed a breach of these fundamental principles.

   I implore us all to reflect on the essence of a startup – the coming together of individuals who share a common vision and work tirelessly to bring it to fruition. It's my fervent wish that we can rectify this situation to foster an environment of fairness, accountability, and respect.
