I fed avif.io a 8k, specially encoded 32bit Rec.2020 color space HDRAL PNG that clocks in at 138mb. (7680x4320) It reduced it to 440.3kb somehow, and preserved the 32 bit color (maybe?), but it appears quite washed out based on microsoft's avif viewer implementation. I would have to test it on a hdr monitor to know for sure if it's actually washed out and not just displaying that way because there's no... Source: about 2 years ago

I have a large collection of gifs and would like to switch to avif. I'm running on windows 11 and have the av1 codec already, but I'm running into a bit of an issue getting animated av1f.
