Every project ended the same way. The site was finished, and then someone spent an afternoon writing the handover: typing the same CMS instructions again, cropping screenshots, making the PDF look right - and it was out of date by the next update. Nobody bills that afternoon, and everyone repeats it for the next client.
The existing tools didn't fit. Wikis are built for teams documenting themselves, not for handing something to a client. Capture tools give you one knowledge base, not one branded portal per client.
