But beware, just because you can enable and disable stuff with Autoruns doesn't mean you should.   Windows often does strange things for no specific reason. That aside, if you're really paranoid about these files, you can run several anti-virus scans using different software (I've got a list if you're interested), there's also Windows Defender which is there by default.   That dump file shows a system uptime a little over 24 hours and SSPORT.SYS as loaded. Did you restart the computer after uninstalling the driver? If not, it may have still been in memory after the uninstall and potentially causing issues. Either way, I'd recommend using the Find option in Autoruns to see if the system is still configured to load SSPORTS.SYS. You'll want to use the Run as administrator option when...   Github is a legitimate website owned by microsoft, used for publishing the source code of open source programs. They do have a desktop client, however if you did not install it, it could be malware pretending to be it. Run a malwarebytes scan, and check Autoruns. Source: about 3 years ago
