Notion is excellent at collaboration, and works so so on mobile the last time I used it. Mostly if you didn't open all the pages you wante before taking off on a flight (imagine no wifi), things fall apart. Another Obsidian alternative which I use every day is Anytype[1]. It's fully open source however under their own license which has some interesting terms to discourage commercial adoption. They seem to be very focused on individual use. The user experience is similar to Notion with some subtle differences, but overall very positive.
