Matching is based on subject overlap rather than third-party authority scores; every site is verified before it is listed, and nothing is bought or sold. It is also deliberately private: listings are visible only to signed-in members and blocked from search engines, so members do not end up on a public, crawlable list of sites seeking backlinks.

And unlike an informal swap arranged over email, both sides submit the page carrying the link; we fetch it to confirm the link is really there, and a seven-day clock runs once one side has published.
