There's anl.ink that can show the main OS screen of WSA (which you can't do much from) via scrcpy, has volume keys etc on the side of the window etc but they didn't work when I tried it the last time (but the app is highly recommended even for it's ADB based file manager, drag & drop file transfer etc). Then although WSA's made in a way that the user isn't supposed to need to interact with that, you could enable ADB in Developer Settings and use this free tool called AnLink (uses scrcpy) to view the main Android UI of WSA and also easily transfer files. Source: over 3 years ago
I'm using the free program called AnLink as it has an adb based file manager in addition to the scrcpy, hw buttons etc features - yes, one can view the main screen of the WSA system using it, with the quick settings tiles etc if they wanted to (WSA opens up new app windows win new actual resizable screens and it doesn't display the main screen because by it's design there's no need for that as the MS integration...
