  Sideloading older builds on ios is not a perfect solution either (slightly complex and you have to re-download every 7 days), but it exists Heres the pre-bad build, and heres the website where you can familiarize yourself with sideloading on ios (alternatively, for easier setup, use altstore).   Assuming most folks do not pay for a developer account (I have one, but I expect most people to not have one) you can basically use one or both friendly UI options to sideload: altserver mentioned above or sideloadly.   You get AltStore from here https://altstore.io/. Make sure iTunes is running (if Windows). Then right-click the systray icon and install AltStore on the phone with it connected to USB.
