One other company you might want to check out is https://railslts.com/ ... I haven't used them before but was thinking about it. Depends on your budget. But they maintain older Ruby stuff... One issue you might run into is companies like Heroku no longer supporting super old versions - so you might have to also roll your own servers :(.
