Import your covered sell put or sell call positions, track them in the options area and if assigned your future covered calls or puts would automatically be added under the same wheel so you can easily track your adjusted/break-even price
An alternative would be tracktheta.com if you are mostly interested in the wheel or optiontracker.io for all other strategies. Both have an IBKR integration although I've noticed that the former is a bit faster importing the trades (takes a few mins only).
