Coinbase Pro

This next part is VERY important. When exchanging your USD for ETH (or ETH to USD), make sure to use the Pro version of the exchange to get the best exchange rates and fees. If you don't do this, you'll get absolutely wrecked for basically no reason. Back in the day, Coinbase required you to do an internal transfer from the main site to the Pro site, but I'm not sure if that's the case now. Binance uses the same balance and I believe Kraken does as well. Either way, here are the links to each site's Pro version: Kraken Pro, Coinbase Pro and Binance US Pro.

BitPay

Also, both Crypto.com and Bitpay offer a debit card that can be loaded using crypto. It's actually quite convenient, but just understand that 1) once the money is in, you can't get it out, and 2) you can't use the card to purchase crypto (lol). And a bit of a pro tip, if you're looking to load one of these cards with, let's say, a few thousand dollars, make sure to swap your ETH to a stablecoin (i.e. USDC, USDT, etc.) on a DEX like Uniswap and use that to fund your card. You'll get 1:1 instead of having to pay their swap fee, which tends to be quite high.

You could also use a secure password manager like 1Password to store your seed phrase, but if you go down that route, you'll need to ensure that your 1Password secret key is also stored in a safe place (i.e., not on your desktop, phone, etc.).
