As an update I ended up going with eweka.nl and nzbgeek.info to complement newsgroup.ninja and nzb.su. So far I'm really happy with this setup. Next year I might replace newsgroup.ninja with one of the yearly frugalusenet.com plans and consider drunkenslug.com as a replacement for nzb.su or to add it as a third.
