Namecheap

I have a proper domain. I would look into Namecheap as they have some affordable options and their panels are decent, and don't seem to jack the price up by several tens of dollars every year like I have had trouble with elsewhere even though I have no public traffic. You can use their DNS or go with another DNS provider like Cloudflare. I used to have a static IP through my ISP until I moved but now I have a different setup (whole different complex project there, not DDNS).
