what is the option to always have the three windows buttons visible in fullscreen? they keep minimizing

Rectangle

I recommend using something like Rectangle or Tiles to maximize your windows easily, or alternatively you can mouse over the corner of the window until the cursor turns into an arrow and then double click while holding Option.
