Ninite is the easiest way to install software.
CCleaner is owned by avast (not a good av either) and isn't good anymore. You don't need an antivirus at all, just use windows defender, a good adblocker and some common sense. There's a website called Ninite that lets you download all your programs at once and pick ones you want to install, it's really nice and speeds up things. It also skips any bundled software that some programs try to install. For a music player, I'd suggest Spotify if you stream (or whatever you have), Winamp if you use mp3s, and VLC for videos (it's a must have!) This might be a little controvercial but I suggest Firefox as your web browser, it's a lot faster and uses less ram than any other browser, and doesn't come with any crap on install (and is highly customizable). It also is a lot more intuitive, with short cuts like middle clicking at the top of the screen where there's some open space to open a new tab (which seems like it's small but trust me, you can't ever go back after getting into that habit. Many of these recommended programs are available as portable apps, including Chrome, Firefox, and Libre Office. I find it's so much easier to simply copy in a folder with the portable versions than to install them all, and I believe it keeps the computer running fast since the registry doesn't get clogged up.
