• What apps are you using on win 11?

  Do those wallpapers tint the Windows apps too? I know there are a lot of people who hate the effect, but I personally love the Mica Effect, actually I'd love if they used Mica Alt instead of Mica as the main layer (just because Mica is too subtle, at least in Light Mode). I ask because I tried Lively Wallpapers, but I didn't like it because those dynamic wallpapers didn't tint the applications. Source: over 2 years ago

  .ini files are typically used by Windows for configuration settings. VideoPaper is a non malicious app. It allows a user to use Videos as wallpapers. Albeit the app is old and appears to be replaced by: https://rocksdanister.github.io/lively/ it also would be one of the weirdest apps for malware writers to target or exploit.
