    The quicker option: You've already said your app uses VueJs, so why not build a SPA of it if you've already got the basics? Once thats done, use an app wrapper like Capacitor (https://capacitorjs.com/) and with some config and plugins (such as ads, analytics etc) you've got an application that can be put directly onto the app store.
