Where does the domain point to. This can be configured in some sort of control panel where you registered your domain. This would be at wordpress.com, there you have to configure your domain to point at bluehosts servers. When this is done your website will start to work.

I don't know what the 'visit site' button does. What shows up when you type <www.mydomain.com> ? This should take you to the wordpress installation at bluehost. The change may take hours to complete. You can check with services like nslookup.io how your DNS settings look like. The IP of your domain should be the IP of your server at bluehost.
