Aeralis is a Google Workspace add-on that generates context-aware email drafts and replies. Unlike generic AI writing tools, it uses your documentation, FAQs, and pricing pages to write emails with accurate details in your voice.
A startup from Buenos Aires, Argentina that is founded by Leandro Zubrezki.
This page is designed to help you find out whether Aeralis.ai is good and if it is the right choice for you.
Aeralis solves a specific problem: you're writing the same emails over and over, but each one needs different context. Templates don't cut it because you end up rewriting half of them anyway.
With Aeralis, you feed the AI your context - product docs, pricing pages, FAQs, knowledge base URLs. When you generate a draft, it pulls from that context to write emails with the right details, not generic filler.
It lives inside Gmail as a Google Workspace add-on. No tab switching, no copy-pasting. Click a button, get a draft, edit if needed, send.
Key features: • Context-aware generation using your URLs and documentation • Multiple profiles for different use cases (support, sales, personal) • One-click drafts for new emails and replies • Reply All support • Google Search grounding for real-time information • Google Maps grounding for location-aware responses • Tone customization (professional, casual, formal, friendly)
Built for support teams, sales teams, founders, and anyone who spends too much time on repetitive emails.
Pricing: Free tier available, Pro and Business plans for advanced features.

Most AI email tools write generic text that you end up rewriting anyway. Aeralis is different because it actually knows your stuff - your pricing, your product details, your FAQs. You feed it context URLs and it uses that information to write emails with accurate, specific details. It's not just AI writing, it's AI writing with your knowledge base built in.
Three reasons: context, location, and simplicity. Unlike standalone AI writers, Aeralis lives inside Gmail - no copy-pasting between tabs. Unlike generic tools, it pulls from your actual documentation so emails include real details, not filler. And unlike complex enterprise solutions, it takes 2 minutes to set up. You add your URLs, pick a tone, and start generating.
People who answer a lot of similar emails but need each response to be different. Support teams handling customer questions. Sales people doing personalized outreach. Founders and freelancers managing client communication. Anyone who's tried email templates and found themselves rewriting them every time.
I built Aeralis to solve my own problem. I run another product called Sync2Sheets, and I was spending my mornings answering support emails. Templates weren't enough - every email needed the same information (pricing, features, troubleshooting) but in different contexts. So I built something that could write emails with my product knowledge baked in. Started as a personal tool, now it's available for anyone with the same problem.
Google Gemini for AI generation, Next.js for the web application and API, Firebase for authentication and database, and the Google Workspace Add-ons framework for Gmail integration. Built primarily using Claude Code for AI-assisted development.
