Adal is a webhook delivery service for receiving, storing, inspecting, routing, retrying, and debugging webhooks. It provides a permanent public HTTPS URL, detailed request and delivery history, configurable retries, manual retry and replay, and delivery to one or multiple destinations.

Destinations can be public HTTP services or local and private environments connected through the open-source Adal CLI. The CLI uses a secure outbound connection, so no public IP address or open inbound port is required. Adal forwards webhook payloads without hidden transformations.
