Propertyguru.com.sg and 99.co is the main property sites people browse to look for a place to rent/buy. Renting now is a bit insane as it has gone up by 82% since 2020. It is a terrible time for renters. The price of a single bedroom unit is almost unattainable so it is best to stick to renting a room.
