I have often used notion.so, you can use it for documentation, create a kanban board and so on. I personally use an ipad with apple pencil (pro 2020 with pencil 2). Obviously thats a pricier option, but if you have an apple computer, I find the sidecar feature to be super useful. I landed on clickup. Its a bit like notion.so in that the content editor/comments editor work exactly the same (/ commands). Never used Monday but the custom field feature in clickup pro does everything I need it to do.
