    Odd question but I used for years to do my background checks and I like the service because the tenant paid for everything, I just sent a link to their email so there was 0 liability on my part. Cozy has been sold to and has stopped providing this service.     Another +1 for / I've used them for 4 years now. No fees, tenant pays for background check and credit check. Keeps track of expenses, decent reporting features. My only complaint would be the ACH is a little slow. I had a tenant auto-pay on the first, I'd usually get deposit on the 7th. You can pay something like a $3 fee to expedite by a day or two.
