[landlord US] I need a company that does background checks (only) that is not bundled with a credit report that the applicant pays for

Odd question but I used cozy.co for years to do my background checks and I like the service because the tenant paid for everything, I just sent a link to their email so there was 0 liability on my part. Cozy has been sold to apartments.com and has stopped providing this service. All other screening services I've found where the applicant pays for the screening HAS to come with a credit check and I dont want this (for many reasons that I wont go into here). Does anyone know of a background check service that will background check my tenants and they pay for it that does not come bundled with a credit report? Thanks!
