Best method to collect rent payments online instead of physical checks?

Another +1 for cozy.co / apartments.com. I've used them for 4 years now. No fees, tenant pays for background check and credit check. Keeps track of expenses, decent reporting features. My only complaint would be the ACH is a little slow. I had a tenant auto-pay on the first, I'd usually get deposit on the 7th. You can pay something like a $3 fee to expedite by a day or two. I cash flow it just fine with my reserves so its not a show stopper for me, but just FYI.
