Hello everyone! I recently closed on my first property, which has 2 apartments on the first floor, and I will be living in the 2nd floor unit. I've kinda lurked for awhile in preparation, but I've still got one remaining question! Do you all have any advice on choosing a website for rental applications and rental management? I noticed lots of people recommend cozy but they've since been purchased by apartments.com and I feel like some of the tools aren't the same. I also have issues with the application site crashing a lot when I try to test it myself. I was looking at TenantCloud, but was wondering if anyone could offer any other recommendations?
