They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead.   The most successful one I have right now is writing streak. The old version of the app grew to 5000+ users mostly via word of mouth. I don't think many of them were very active, since I didn't do a good job supporting and debugging the app (because of my health stuff, and also some character flaws I guess).
