Also considering that the majority of devs are familiar with Bootstrap, that would also help your future devs and the current devs would simply move the blocks like lego. They also provide several examples and boilerplate. I don't want to waste time writing a 404 page, but I can just use this one (just picked the first example I found on wrapbootstrap)...
